Ingredients
- 2 cups quinoa (cooked, remember to rinse thoroughly in a fine sieve before cooking)
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well and drop by large spoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet. bake at 350 degrees f. for 18-20 minutes or until lightly firm.
