Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 2 cups peanut butter (some natural and some jiffy)
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 3/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ (for rolling)
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 1/2 cup grape-nuts cereal

Recipe

  • 1 stir all together in a large bowl.
  • 2 form into 1" balls and roll in extra 1/2 cup wheat germ.
  • 3 if the mixture is too soft, then simply chill in fridge for an hour or more. these keep well in the fridge.
