• 1 cup cool whip lite
• 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 ounce sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 ounces grape nut cereal

Recipe

• 1 mix together ice cream, cool whip, peanut butter and pudding.
• 2 fold in grape nuts.
• 3 spread in 8x8 inch pan and freeze.
